Refund Policy

Effective Date: June 14, 2025

 

At Teamworks Community Health, we value your time and are committed to providing respectful, high-quality care. To support fairness and clarity in our scheduling and billing practices, we’ve established the following refund and cancellation policy:

 

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed entirely—may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee is non-refundable. Exceptions may be granted for emergencies at the discretion of the provider.

 

Prepaid Services

If you prepay for services, your payment is non-refundable once the service has been provided. For prepaid appointments canceled with appropriate notice (at least 24 hours in advance), a refund or account credit may be issued upon request.

 

Medication Management & Follow-Ups

Fees for medication management and follow-up care are not refundable once the appointment has occurred. If you are dissatisfied with a service, we encourage you to reach out so we can address your concerns with care and professionalism.

 

Insurance & Overpayments

If an overpayment or billing adjustment occurs (e.g., due to insurance processing), eligible refunds will be credited back to your original payment method or applied to your account balance.
